<p>Our apologies, but this site’s NoFrames environment is extremely rudimentary at the moment. All pages in the site are formatted to display in a frame-based browser window, but the site is also designed to be fully functional in a stand-alone browser window environment. Links on the Index To Content page will open their target page in a second browser window. Our suggestion would be that you:<br>
- leave the Index To Content page open on the left side of your screen, sized to match the background image.<br>
- Click on any link. This will open a second browser window, which you should position immediately to the left of the Index To Content window and size to take up the rest of your screen.</p>
<p>All links on the Index To Content page will open their target page in this second browser window. This will give you a viewing environment very similar to the frame-based environment. </p>
